Inside the gates, you can start your mornings with a walk through the lush landscape or play a few holes of golf before breakfast. The nine-hole chip-and-putt course is free to all residents, so you can simply find the nearest hole and join in the fun. With five pools and three hot tubs located throughout the complex, a refreshing dip is always within walking distance of your front door.
When it is time for the beach, enjoy the luxury of private gated access to Destin’s white sands. You won't have to leave the shore for lunch, as beachside food, drinks, and restrooms are available right on the sand. For dinner, you are within walking distance of the on-site restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, which offers a beautiful view of the Destin Harbor.
While Sandpiper Cove feels like a secluded world, the best of Destin is at your fingertips. You are positioned near the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and local shopping. Whether you are hitting the links or watching the sunset over the harbor, Sandpiper Cove is the premier choice for your next Florida vacation.
Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles with each reservation. Parking Passes obtained at Security Checkpoint upon arrival.
Food: Sandpiper Cove Resort features excellent on-site dining, including the upscale Creole seafood at Louisiana Lagniappe and casual beachfront bites at the Sand Flea Beach Bar. For your grocery needs, Winn-Dixie and Publix are less than a mile away, while Destin Ice Seafood Market offers fresh local catches for cooking at your condo. Just outside the resort, The Local Market is within walking distance for a quick deli lunch. Other legendary Destin favorites like McGuire’s Irish Pub and The Donut Hole are only a short drive away, providing some of the area's most iconic breakfast and dinner options.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: Sandpiper Cove offers five outdoor pools and three hot tubs across its property, with two pools heated** during winter. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, these areas include BBQ grills and lounging furniture. **The pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75-.
Boat Slip: Have a boat? Then you may enjoy the boat slips within the Sandpiper Cove (permitting may be required). This slip joins the Destin Harbor where all the fishing action begins. There is a boat ramp on site, but you will be required to store your trailer off-site. There are many nearby storage lots for your choosing. (Please make arrangements in advance).

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

MONTHLY RENTALS (28 consecutive days or longer)
• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
