Unit 308 offers a spectacular third-floor vantage point of Florida’s magnificent Emerald Coast, where the crystal-clear water meets our signature powdery, sugar-white sands. This beachfront one-bedroom sanctuary comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a spacious floor plan designed for family relaxation. The master suite features a queen bed and private full bath, while custom hallway bunk beds and a living room sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone.
Enjoy a morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, the unit includes a second full bathroom, a private washer and dryer, and seasonal beach service with two chairs and an umbrella provided daily from March through October. With a beachfront pool and hot tub on-site, plus professional local management ensuring a sparkling clean and functional stay, your family will create memories that last a lifetime.

Located on the white sand of the Emerald Coast, the resort is minutes away from activities like parasailing, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing, with the attractions of Destin also nearby.
The property features tropical landscaping and a beachside pool. Guests have access to a hot tub, a fitness center, and a BBQ grilling area. Boardwalks provide a direct path to the beach, where seasonal service often includes chairs and umbrellas. Each condo includes a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. As a guest of Sunset Resort Rentals, you will receive a starter pack with essentials such as toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
Families can find plenty of entertainment close to the resort as well. The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park offers marine life exhibits and animal shows just down the road. The Okaloosa Island Pier is a popular spot for fishing or walking, located near Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone. You can also book dolphin cruises or snorkeling tours departing from the nearby Destin Harbor.
Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles with each reservation.
Food: For groceries, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options within a short distance - Stewby’s Seafood Shanty is known for fresh seafood and their catch of the day, while Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters and steaks. The Shack is a waterfront spot for crabs and seafood plates, and Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro features Italian cuisine and a bar area. Within walking distance, Beachview Breakfast and Grill and Asiago’s Skillet are available for morning meals.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.
Pool: The resort has a moderate-size ocean-front gated pool and hot tub which is open year-round. The pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75-.

• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

Daily / Weekly Rentals
• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund.
Monthly Rentals (28 consecutive days or longer)
• Cancellations made at least 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will receive a 100% refund for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the entire cost of for the affected month(s).
