Food: Keeping the vacation pantry stocked is a breeze. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you’re just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe and Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free.
Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Welcome to Waters Edge 308. This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views. Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat. You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines.
The third-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a convertible sleeper sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day. Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom offers an upgraded king bed and smart tv for a perfect nights rest. All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.

• Cancellations made less than 180 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the full required deposit for the affected month(s).
• Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival of any calendar month will forfeit the entire cost of for the affected month(s).
